And here is Rudy Heeman scripting a new chapter in the world of boats by inventing the “hoverwing”. Being neither a plane nor a boat it has surely captivated the residents of Atawhai Drive who stop over to watch the test rides made by Mr. Heeman. He was able to make this hovercraft fly above water by applying a peculiar set of aerodynamic principles that was crafted to perfection after spending over 800 hours of building time.
