With solar cookers, cooking needs to start early in the day, when the sunlight reception is maximum. Also, the sun's position in the sky is optimal for cooking at around noon, but dinner is in the evening! These timing conflicts with our daily lifestyle requirements add yet another challenge to widespread use of solar cooking.
