Portable equipment means equipment designed for, and capable of, being carried or moved from one location to another. While anaerobic digester has long been known as an integrated structure made of cement or steel tanks, studies show that portable models could also be made for ease of installation in small scales in houses or communities without compromising the performance.
Portable biogas plants can be fixed in a small area with two simple units, one for the digester and another for storage and with simple equipment for system safety.
Portable biogas digesters enable converting a problem - organic waste at residential and commercial communities - into a valuable fuel that can be directly used by the waste generator.
